the store is accurate. It must however be accepted that occasionally errors

Shipping Policy:
All item prices quoted within this store are fully inclusive of all
shipping, packing and insurance costs involved in your purchase.

Any item which requires specialist shipping will be clearly marked in the
description page(s) and additional cost will be advised.

HP4U use only regulated and fully insured courier services for worldwide
shipping, which are fully traceable for security.

All items, unless otherwise stated, are shipped worldwide from the UK.

Full details of shipping will be supplied along with all order
confirmations.

Returns Policy:
All items purchased are given a final inspection before despatch to ensure
accuracy. Any item(s) failing to match published description(s) may be
returned for a full refund provided you contact us within 48 hours of
receipt and any item(s) is received back within 7 days of receipt. Should an
item be received and has suffered obvious neglect by a shipping company, a
full refund will be provided on completion of insurance claim. As with any
delivery, you are advised to sign for all visibly damaged boxes as such.

Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Any special delivery
requirements which are outside of our fully inclusive prices may be subject
to further charge and will be stated in the item description.
